Can you and your team advance to the Elite level?

I cater for all levels from beginners to elite athletes.


There is a minimum standard of fitness for each level that will allow you to be better prepared for the challenge:


The Fitness Test

There are 5 exerices - Squats, Mountain Climbers, Press ups, Burpees, Star jumps.

The whole circuit is 5 minutes long and each exericse should be performed for 1 minute with no rest in between


  • Level 1 - Rookie

    Run: 5km in 40 minutes

    Circuit: 30 / 20 / 10 / 10 / 30


  • Level 2 - Beginner

    Run: 8km in 45 minutes

    Circuit: 35 / 40 / 20 / 15 / 40


  • Level 3 - Intermediate

    Run: 10km in 50 minutes

    Circuit: 40 / 60 / 30 / 20 / 50


  • Level 4 - Advance

    Run: 12.5km in 55 minutes

    Circuit: 45 / 80 / 40 / 25 / 60


  • Level 5 - Elite

    Run: 15km in 60 minutes

    Circuit: 50 / 100 / 50 / 30 / 70



There is no need to worry if you don't think you are at a certain level yet. When you book an Elite Warrior Series event I provide a training program to get your fitness up to the next level that you are looking to conquer.

Each Warrior session is 2 hours long
